We recently completed this polished concrete floor in Neath, South Wales for a beautiful barn conversion. The client wanted a durable, modern finish that would work with underfloor heating and the traditional stone work

Project

The floor was installed on the entire ground floor of the house. Kitchen/Dining room, Living room, hallway, gym and bathroom including shower area.

We worked closely with our client to provide a floor that was suitable for everyday living with their young family and dogs.

Process

The floor was split into two pour days due to the size and complexity of the room layout. This allowed us to create a beautiful finish through out. The property benefitted from great access allowing plenty of room for pumping equipment and concrete lorry. A fall for a shower area was created to allow to create the perfect wet room.

Result

The finished floor provides a clean, seamless surface that works perfectly with the clients requirements . Coupled with the underfloor heating, this polished concrete floor is ideal for everyday living.
