Microcement Floors & Wall Finishes

We install microcement floors and wall finishes across Swansea, South Wales and throughout the UK, working with homeowners, builders and architects on renovations and new builds.

Our range includes finishes for kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces and commercial interiors. We’ll help you choose the right system, colour and texture for your project, from subtle hand-applied finishes to power-trowelled concrete effects.

What Is Microcement?

Microcement is a thin decorative coating used to create continuous finishes on floors, walls, stairs and other surfaces. It offers a concrete-style appearance without the depth of a full concrete slab.

Depending on the system, it can be applied over suitable screeds, concrete and existing tiles, making it an option for renovations as well as new builds.

Microcement finishes vary in composition, texture, performance and price. Our range includes cement-based, resin hybrid and acrylic systems, allowing us to recommend a finish for the look you want and how the space will be used.

Where Can Microcement Be Used?

Floors

Microcement can run throughout kitchens, living areas and hallways, creating a continuous finish without tile grout lines. Its thin application makes it useful where floor height is limited.

Bathrooms & Showers

Suitable systems can be used across bathroom floors, walls and showers. We’ll help you choose the right finish and advise on the preparation and waterproofing required.

Walls & Stairs

Use microcement on feature walls or carry the finish onto stairs to connect different parts of your home.

Commercial Spaces

We also install decorative overlays in restaurants, shops, offices and other commercial interiors, selecting the system to suit the appearance and level of use.

How Much Does Microcement Cost?

The price depends on the system you choose, the size of the area and the preparation required. Larger floors generally cost less per square metre, while smaller rooms, stairs and detailed work take more time relative to their size.

For guidance, the systems normally range from £120–£200 per m², although very small areas can cost more. Other systems are priced according to their specification and installation time.

Send us your plans or measurements, photographs of the existing surface and your postcode. We’ll help you compare the options and provide a quote.
